Public Altar TENT Guidelines

Public Altars

Please follow these guidelines:

  • The festival has public altars tent to display your small size altar

  • The maximum altar size is 2ft wide x 2ft high x 1ft deep.

  • You may bring your small altar to the festival site on Tuesday, Nov. 1 between 11a.m. and 3 p.m. or bring it to the festival on Wednesday, Nov. 2 after the gates open at 4 p.m.

  • Festival ambassadors will be on-site to assist you until 8 p.m.

  • Please take your altar back home when you leave the festival or plan to pick it up on Thursday, Nov. 3 between 9 and 11 a.m.

  • Altars left after 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3 will be discarded.

  • Remember to use photocopies and replicas of valued photos and mementos. The tent is not guaranteed protection from wind and weather.
